Shipping & returns

Shipping and tax is included in the product price, so there are no additional costs at checkout. The orders are packaged directly from the manufacturer/ artisan to the client through one of reliable shipping partners.

We ship worldwide on most products, unless the product is marked «Norway only». Shipping is included in the product price. Under normal circumstances orders are packed and shipped out from our vendors within 1 week or once the made-to-order item is ready. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping Policy

Please note that international orders will be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. 

Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Orders may take longer to pack and ship during high traffic times like holidays and promotional periods (and pandemics). The time between send-off and delivery also varies depending on where you're having the package sent. We appreciate and thank you in advance for your patience.

Returns

If you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the goods (except for made to order objects) within 14 days of delivery at your own expense. We do not cover the cost of returning goods unless otherwise specified by the selger.

Custom made to order products cannot be returned/canceled after the order has been placed and accepted. Made to order consist of customized unique orders and orders that are hand-made. The buyer pays for the return unless otherwise specified by the seller.

If the returning product has been used, a concrete evaluation of the actual value and whether it can be resold to another buyer must be processed. A potential devaluation of price may be returned to the buyer. No goods that are returned broken or damaged are accepted - please pack carefully.

When sending an item back please enclose a note with your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what you would like (if the item is not in stock, we will be in touch). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please mark the box and any shipping forms as "Returning Goods / Return" and pack well to avoid damages. Tip: items should not be able to move freely or touch each other in the box.

Items can be returned to the sellers address, clearly marked in the package.
